Delivery times

•  Deliveries are made on business days only.
• Remember that in your customer area under the orders section you can track your shipment with the tracking code provided by the carrier.
•  For major cities the approximate delivery time is 2 to 7 business days, and for other municipalities from 3 to 10 business days, depending on the destination.
• Deliveries cannot be scheduled for an exact time. They must go to a specific, safe address provided at checkout. The order is handed to the responsible adult present at the address at the time of delivery
• Order preparation begins once payment is confirmed by the Epayco payment gateway, and may be affected by force majeure, as well as by your location and the day and time of your purchase.
• If your purchase is confirmed before 2 p.m., Monday to Friday, the first business day is the day of purchase and the delivery time starts counting from that day.
• If your purchase is confirmed after 2 p.m., the delivery time starts counting from the next business day after confirmation.
• If you buy on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the delivery time starts counting from the next business day after confirmation.
• Keep in mind that on special dates or seasons such as VAT-free days, Black Friday, Cyber Monday (November) and Christmas (December), delivery may take longer than usual due to high demand and congested roads.
