Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We ship nationwide within Colombia.
Delivery times vary according to the recipient’s location. The estimated delivery time for major cities is three to seven business days. Delivery to rural or hard-to-reach areas may take longer.
Shipping times may be slightly longer during periods of high demand.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and vary according to the destination and package weight.
We offer free shipping on orders that exceed the stated minimum amount, which is displayed on our product or shopping cart pages.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number so that you can monitor your package in real time.
Enter the tracking number on the carrier’s website to check your shipment status, or contact us if you need assistance.
5. Returns and Reshipments
If a package is returned because of an incorrect address or because the recipient was unavailable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. In these cases, the customer may be responsible for any additional reshipping costs.
